Russian neo-Nazi Milchakov held a “Lesson of Courage” at a St. Petersburg school

Neo-Nazi from the DSHRG “Rusich” Oleksiy Milchakov, who called for the execution of all Ukrainian prisoners of war, held a “Lesson of Courage” in one of the schools in St. Petersburg, Russia.

This is reported by  Censor.NET  with reference to Russian media.

What is known

The DShRG Telegram channel published photos from the “lesson” and a thank-you note to neo-Nazi Milchakov from the school administration.

The pictures show two people in camouflage telling something to schoolchildren. The faces of the class participants are covered.

The gratitude notes Milchakov’s “contribution” “to civic and patriotic education.” The school number and the name of the principal are also hidden.

The Russian service “Radio Liberty”, the research project “Sistema” and the publication Astra found out that it was about school No. 538 with in-depth study of information technologies in the Kirovsky district of St. Petersburg. The lesson took place on May 21, 2025.

More about Milchakov

  • Milchakov became famous in 2011 after he killed and ate a puppy. He posted photos of what happened on the Internet. Milchakov never hid his neo-Nazi views, Radio Liberty and Mediazona note. He wrote his name with SS runes on social networks, called Adolf Hitler his inspiration, and also published photos of himself against a swastika flag.
  • Milchakov has been fighting in Donbas against Ukraine since 2014. In September 2022, Milchakov published an “Instruction on the Disposal of Prisoners of War of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” in a telegram, in which he advised to torture and kill them.
  • The Rusych Special Forces Group and its commanders are included in the sanctions lists of the EU, the US, and other countries.
