The blast wave damaged glass in residential buildings and educational institutions.

On the night of February 15, the Russian army again attacked Odessa . Numerous drones were launched into the city, and the strikes damaged a railway infrastructure facility, sparked a fire, and a damaged fuel tank resulted in a spill and fire.
According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the Odessa region, Russia attacked the city again this night.
“The State Emergency Service rescuers worked in extremely difficult conditions, dealing with the aftermath of the impacts and large-scale fires,” the department emphasized.
The attack damaged a railway infrastructure building and caused a fire. During a subsequent attack, a fuel tanker was damaged, resulting in a spill and fire.

“Furthermore, rescuers were called in overnight to extinguish a fire on the roof of an abandoned one-story building, which also caught fire as a result of the attack. Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries,” the press service reported.
More than 100 rescuers from the State Emergency Service were called in to deal with the consequences.

According to Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, an air raid alert remained in effect throughout the city for almost the entire night, as the enemy was targeting infrastructure. In one district of the regional capital, the blast wave damaged the windows of residential buildings and educational institutions. Utility services have already dealt with the damage, the official added.

Odesa Special Operations Commander Oleh Kiper clarified that most enemy targets were shot down by air defense forces, but that impacts and falling debris caused damage to civilian and transport infrastructure. According to Kiper, administrative facilities, such as the railway station, were also damaged.
Infoksvodokanal also noted that due to a power outage in the water supply system, customers in the Kyivskoye, Primorskoye, Khadzhibeyskoye, and part of the Peresypskoye (Slobodka residential area, Peresyp) districts are without water. Power engineers are working to restore power, after which the water supply will stabilize.
It is not clear whether this is connected with the night attack.
According to Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, Russia launched a drone strike on civilian railway infrastructure. The attack damaged buildings on the depot grounds and caused a massive fire, igniting a tank car. The official noted that the fire has already been extinguished.
“Fortunately, the railway workers were in shelters and were not injured,” he emphasized.

He also said the enemy is constantly attacking the Dnipropetrovsk region’s railway infrastructure. There were no casualties there either, and the damage did not affect train service.

“Russia is systematically targeting our logistics. These aren’t military targets—they’re an attempt to paralyze the region’s economy. Railroad workers, rescue workers, and energy workers continue to deal with the aftermath of the attack,” Kuleba emphasized.

I’m claiming that something is wrong with Ukraine’s air defenses.
