Last night, Russia launched a massive drone and missile attack on Kyiv and the surrounding region, hitting numerous areas, including high-rise buildings. There are deaths and over 20 injured in Kyiv and six in the surrounding region.

“Medical facilities, public transport, office buildings, shops and vehicles were also damaged,” the statement said.

An elderly woman was killed in the Desnyansky district, and 24 people were injured, including a pregnant woman and a 10-year-old boy.

A fire broke out on the roof and fifth floor of a residential building in the Solomensky district . Twenty people were rescued during the firefighting efforts.

In the Svyatoshinsky district, a residential building was hit on the seventh floor. A fire on the 19th floor of a 22-story residential building has also been extinguished.

Debris fell on a hospital grounds in the Goloseevsky district . A fire in a 15-square-meter building at another location has been extinguished.

A fire in an open area in the Shevchenkivskyi district has been extinguished.

In the Obolonsky district , a nine-story residential building was hit, causing a fire in apartments on the seventh through ninth floors, covering a total area of ​​approximately 100 square meters. One person was rescued, and the fire was extinguished.
