Fighters of the Ronin Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 65th Mechanized Brigade, together with neighboring units, repelled a Russian column of over 10 armored vehicles attempting to break through Ukrainian positions.

A video of the destruction of Russian equipment was released by the press service of the Ronin unit.

As noted by the press service, the assault attempt took place on March 28, but the enemy assault group was detected and destroyed in time.

The image quality of the thermal imaging cameras on the bomber drones and the bulky cage armor on the Russian armored vehicles do not allow for the exact identification of the armored column’s composition. However, at least several armored personnel carriers and a tank took part in the assault.

It was reported that as a result of the joint efforts of the Ronin and adjacent units, 10 armored vehicles were destroyed and the enemy infantry was eliminated during the failed assault and subsequent retreat attempts.

OSINT analyst @moklasen from the social network X determined that the Russian armored column was destroyed on the northern outskirts of the village of Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

As a reminder, recently, soldiers of the Chimera unit, part of the DIU’s Timur’s Special Forces, carried out a successful clearance operation in one of the settlements in the Zaporizhzhia sector.
