Recall that Putin’s Wagner group was a part of Maduro’s personal security. The fact that Maduro was captured so rapidly raises questions about whether he was sold out by Putin in exchange for Ukraine.

“Would you applaud an American invasion of Canada and Denmark too?”

……………

“Now do Putin” is off the mark by a lot. No need to violate law to stop Putin.
The US has ample legal venue to fight with Ukraine to defeat Russia. The Budapest Memorandum, the Genocide Convention, Collective Right To Self-Defence under sectiom 51 of UN Charter, all create legal duties and right to act to stop Russia.

The United States CHOOSES not to fulfill legal and moral duties and to exercise legal rights when it comes to Ukraine and Russia. Instead, it coerces the innocent victim to accept violations of international law.

………….

The US war on Venezuela is for oil, but control over that oil is about pursuing and having global power. The US is readying for much larger war.

  1. The act against Venezuela is against international law, according to article 2(4) UN Charter. Furthermore, it’s against U.S. law, even if this is a bit debatable. But, when does Trump care about any laws?
At any rate, I at least hope that this will have negative consequences for the mafia state, which I could live with.

  2. Wagner would have been in no rush to tangle with the US after they were annihilated in the desert a few years back.
