Russia plans to turn occupied territories of Ukraine into what it sees as new Russian cities by building housing and railroads. At the same time, Kremlin authorities reportedly intend to send Ukrainians to develop Siberia.

Vladimir Putin is planning to populate occupied areas of Ukraine with Russian citizens, including parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well as Donetsk and Luhansk.
On the orders of the Russian president, Vnesheconombank has already drawn up master plans under which 67,000 people would be relocated to Ukrainian territories, while another 46,700 are expected to arrive under separate projects, reports NV.
Putin’s plans extend into a timeframe in which he himself may already be part of history, with implementation set through 2045.
Russia’s sweeping and likely unworkable plans include the construction of more than 140 kindergartens, about 430 kilometers of railroads, and 19 railway stations.
Kremlin authorities say they want to see dozens of schools, more than 13 million square meters of housing, and nearly 100 hospitals built in the occupied Ukrainian territories.
More than 225,000 workers are expected to be involved in the construction projects.
The ultimate and most ambitious goal is to attract at least 9.4 million tourists to those territories — a target that appears highly unrealistic.
Meanwhile, Russian authorities are reportedly planning to relocate Ukrainians to Siberia for its development.

All this will only last until i’m in the game.
That means these russians are legitimate targets for Ukraine.
Let them rebuild the place. Once they get wasted or chased back to their shithole, the Ukrainians who call these areas home will have a place to live again.
