Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow agrees with US President Donald Trump’s statement that Kyiv is allegedly hindering the peaceful settlement of the war in Ukraine.
According to Peskov, the US president expressed the opinion that the conclusion of a peace agreement is being hindered by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky , and not Russian President Vladimir Putin. “We can agree here, indeed. President Putin, the Russian side maintain their openness,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
He added that the situation is allegedly “worsening for the Kyiv regime” and “the corridor for the Kyiv regime to make a decision is narrowing.” According to Peskov, it is time for Zelenskyy to “take responsibility and make an appropriate decision.”
