In the Pokrovsky direction, during an operation by the Omega special forces center of the National Guard of Ukraine, a Ukrainian serviceman was released from Russian captivity .

This was stated by Major General and Head of the Omega Special Operations Center of the National Guard of Ukraine Pavlo Yatsyuk,  Censor.NET reports .

Operation details

“During the conduct of a unique successful special operation by the Central Military District “Omega” almost behind enemy lines in the Pokrovsky direction, a fighter of the 1st Omega detachment was released from captivity (he had been in captivity for 27 days) and eight occupiers were destroyed,” he reported.

The special forces officer with the call sign “Karat” is already heading to Kyiv for treatment.
