Fighter jet destroyed in Russia at night: GUR reports details

The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine announced the growth of resistance to the Kremlin regime within Russia.

A Su-27UB aircraft was destroyed at night at an airfield in the Russian city of Armavir.

As reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine on Telegram , on the night of July 25-26, a Su-27UB training and combat fighter of the Russian Armed Forces caught fire at the Armavir airfield in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation.

The Main Intelligence Directorate added that, according to information from local residents, there is no communication in populated areas near the airfield.

It is noted that the Armavir airfield and the aircraft on it are used primarily for training cadets of the Krasnodar Aviation School.

The cause of the plane fire has not been reported.

“Resistance to the Kremlin regime inside Russia is growing,” commented Ukrainian intelligence, reminding that every crime against the Ukrainian people will have due retribution.
