Ukrainian special services have established a supply chain for footwear components (heated insoles) with built-in explosive devices to units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Militarnyi learned this from its own sources within one of the special services.
According to the source, operatives managed to establish a supply network by enlisting Russian “volunteers” and charitable foundations.
The first deliveries took place as early as the beginning of March, amounting to tens of thousands of units.

The Ukrainian intelligence agencies’ scheme was partially exposed due to the careless actions of one of the participants, whom the Ukrainian agencies had been using “in the dark.”
Thus, the FSB uncovered one of the shipments being transported from Poland through Belarus.
They found 502 heated insoles in the truck.
Each such item contained 1.5 grams of TNT. This amount of explosives is enough to injure a soldier’s legs and render them unable to fight.
“According to our information, the previous shipments of insoles did their job. The FSB agents discovered this shipment only after they began tracing the supply chain. Of course, these few hundred items are just a fraction of our ‘gifts,’” the source reported.
This is not the first such creative move by Ukrainian special services.

Previously, Russian servicemen had already suffered losses from equipment delivered under the guise of humanitarian aid.
In particular, Russian UAV pilots were killed by the explosion of FPV goggles and fiber-optic spools.
