In Kazan (Tatarstan, Russian Federation), an air raid siren sounded twice on the night of April 10. Explosions and fires also erupted in other cities of the aggressor country and in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories.
As noted by Petro Andryushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation,
this is the first time during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine that an air raid alert has been activated in Kazan. He added that the distance to Kazan from the Ukrainian border is approximately 1,200-1,500 kilometers.
The first siren in Kazan sounded very loud, according to local residents, at ten o’clock in the evening on April 9. And at two o’clock in the morning on April 10, the “missile danger” in the city was declared again.
Local residents say they heard the air defenses working, but they do not provide any details.

Where else was it loud?
In Saransk (Mordovia, Russian Federation), local residents reported a fire after an alleged missile attack. An air raid alert had sounded in the city a few hours earlier.
Residents of the Russian city of Gukovo (Rostov Oblast) also reported a powerful explosion, after which a fire allegedly broke out. It is currently unknown what exactly became the object of the fire.
As the Osint community Exilenova+ notes, explosions also occurred in the occupied Perevalsk, Luhansk region.
It was “loud” and “hot” in occupied Mariupol.

In Melitopol, local residents are talking about “arrivals” at a substation and a blackout in the city. Traitor Yevhen Balytsky claims that there was a “massive attack on an energy infrastructure facility.”
As OBOZ.UA reported, Ukraine is ready to stop strikes on Russian territories – but only if
Russia stops attacks on Ukrainian energy. According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukraine’s current actions are a mirror response to Russia’s strikes on critical infrastructure.

Petro Andryushchenko the Head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, is a tireless worker for Ukrainian freedom.
I quite often reproduce his LI reports here. I expect there is lots more new stuff from him and will select some.
