On the night of February 19, explosions erupted in Velikiye Luki (Pskov region, Russia). A large-scale fire broke out at a local oil depot.
Pskov Region Governor Mikhail Vedernikov confirmed the damage. He said the region was attacked by Ukrainian UAVs, causing a tank to catch fire at the Velikolutsk oil depot. According to him, there were no casualties.

It is noteworthy that the Russians tried to cover this oil depot from all sides with anti-drone nets. As can be seen from the photos and videos, the protection did not work, and there was more than one attack. Residents of the city report that at least four drones reached their target.
