
On the night of March 25, the city of Belgorod and the surrounding area in russia came under missile fire. The strikes damaged the energy infrastructure, which led to disruptions in basic utilities.
This was reported by the governor of the Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, as well as local Telegram channels.
“Belgorod and the Belgorod district were subjected to missile fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Energy infrastructure facilities were seriously damaged,” Gladkov said.
According to him, the city and the area experienced disruptions in electricity, water and heating.
Local public forums are publishing videos showing explosions and bright flashes in the areas of the hits.
Let us recall that on the evening of February 26, Belgorod, russia, was subjected to a missile attack, after which part of the city and the region were left without electricity, water, and heating.
