Over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have destroyed five field warehouses of Russians on the right bank of the Dnieper, Khlan said.

The Armed Forces continue to move forward in the Kherson region in southern Ukraine. On Thursday, October 13,  the Ukrainian defenders gave a tough rebuff to the Russians, who tried to break into the offensive.

This was told by the adviser to the head of the Kherson OVA Serhiy Khlan.

“Today, not far from Davydov Brod, the invaders tried to carry out counter-offensive actions with tanks, but they received a very tough rebuff: the tanks were destroyed, the Russians had to roll back even deeper. That is, all their attempts failed,” he said.

Khlan also added that over the past 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed five field warehouses of Russians on the right bank of the Dnieper, and Ukrainian artillery eliminated a very large number of invaders in the village of Tokarevka with an accurate blow.

In addition, the adviser to the head of the OVA said that the Kherson collaborator Kirill Stremousov was lying about the fact that they are “all right” and “under control.” According to Khlan, no one believes him anymore, not even his inner circle, who are about to flee, evacuating their families:

“The invaders have already taken their families out of Nova Kakhovka and the city of Kherson. In fact, they understand that they will not be able to stay here.”

As the head of the press center of the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, Natalya Gumenyuk, reported on October 13, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to push the enemy to the right bank of the Dnieper and keep control over the crossings . In the meantime, the occupiers are trying to establish alternative crossings – they are building pontoon bridges.

According to the Operational Command “South”, over the past day, Ukrainian soldiers managed to destroy 36 rashists , five ammunition depots and inflict 14 strikes on the enemy air defense system.
