As one of Ukraine’s few reliable neighbours, Poland must take the lead: send a division of mechanized troops into Ukraine and perhaps shame one or two other responsible nations to do the same.
Ukraine needs an independent nuclear deterrent, since it obviously cannot rely on anyone else to come to its aid.
I wish, and you wish, scradge, but that’s never going to happen, even if Poland sends two divisions.
Why?
Take a good look at Biden. Then at Scholz. Then at Macron. Enough said, I think. Strength and determination looks different.
