A Brave Brit who joined a volunteer force of UK fighters on the frontline in Ukraine has been killed in a Russian mortar strike.
Student Sam Newey, 22, was locked in a fierce frontline battle with Vladimir Putin’s forces in Eastern Ukraine when he was fatally wounded on Wednesday.

He lost his 22 year old life in the most noble cause there is: the fight against a gargantuan fascist hate machine intent on genocide.
He volunteered to fight in a foreign land because he believed in the cause.
The Ukrainians don’t need any motivation, but his sacrifice must not be in vain.
So sorry for the pain and suffering of his loved ones.
Amen Sir Scradgel. A true hero. I am so sorry for his loved ones but also his buddies at the front who must also miss him dearly.
