Equipment was handed over for digging trenches and arranging defensive structures. Due to this, the work of utility enterprises was actually stopped, because the equipment is given to them for use only in case of unforeseen repair works. At the same time, Russian propaganda regularly reports on the replenishment of the communal park.

Earlier, the Russians stole 216 units of agricultural machinery for their agro-industrial complex. It was taken from storage in the warehouses of captured farms and transported to Krasnodar.

A significant part of the equipment was stolen in the Kherson region: tractors, trucks, graders, excavators, fire engines, etc. A significant part of this equipment was exported to the Crimea or replenished the units of the occupying army.

In addition, the Russian authorities in occupied Mariupol released four stolen Ukrainian trolleybuses onto the line.
