A new procedure for serving subpoenas was proposed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

As the InformNapalm international intelligence community reports on Telegram , a “brilliant New Year’s scheme” for 2023 was proposed at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. 

“The head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, sent out letters to banks demanding in January 2023 to invite debtors and hand over subpoenas for mobilization, to offer to sign a contract for service in the RF Armed Forces,” the message says.

At the same time, in case of refusal to sign the contract, it is proposed to call the police and record it on video.
