The President of the Russian Federation  Vladimir Putin  said that the war in Ukraine is going “as usual” and without any problems.

During his speech at a press conference after the summit of the EAEU countries, he said that “the process of settlement with Ukraine” will not be easy and will take time, but “all participants in this process will have to agree with the realities that are taking shape on the ground.”

In addition, the Russian dictator again accused the Ukrainian authorities of not intending to comply with the Minsk agreements. This time, he also blamed Germany, commenting on the statement of ex-Chancellor Angela Merkel that the agreements “gave Ukraine time to become stronger.”

“We did everything right from the point of view of the start of the “NOR”. It turns out that no one was going to fulfill all these “Minsk agreements” …. Apparently, we got our bearings late and, maybe, all this should have started earlier, but we expected that we can negotiate within the framework of peace agreements,” he said.
