The “Bureviy” anti-aircraft missile defense system is a development of Ukrainian designers and is intended to replace the Soviet “Uragan” system.

As the Ministry of Defense said , this MLRS is a development of Ukrainian designers and is intended to replace the Soviet Uragan system.

Among the advantages of the Ukrainian MLRS, the ministry singled out a modern digital fire control system, halving the time to complete a combat mission, as well as a chassis from the Czech company Tatra, a powerful engine, an armored cabin and 4 “paws” instead of 2.

“We believe that this winter Bureviy will “come” to the Russian occupiers more often, more precisely and directly to the targets,” the Ministry of Defense emphasized.

As UNIAN has already told, the “Bureviy”  anti-aircraft missile defense system is one of the newest Ukrainian missile systems in service with the Armed Forces. This system is actively used by our military on the battlefield.
