Reznikov supports Czech idea to cut Russian embassy from electricity and water supply

A Czech initiative to cut off electricity from the Russian embassy in Prague has found support from Oleksiy Reznikov, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, according to his post on Twitter on Dec. 2.

“It’s time for the terrorist state to taste its own medicine, to taste what it is doing to the civilian population,” Reznikov wrote, adding that the petition has already received more than 100,000 votes.

“Great initiative… to cut off electricity and water supply to the Russian Embassy in Prague. This initiative can be a good example for our partner states in Europe and around the world.”

The initiative refers to a public petition registered in Czechia, called “Gifts for Putin”, which proposes cutting off electricity to buildings belonging to the Russian embassy in that country.

“Russia has obviously decided to break Ukraine with darkness and cold,” the petition’s authors wrote.

“As a higher moral principle, we ask the relevant state and private energy distribution companies to give Russian diplomats in Prague a taste of their own medicine. We demand that all buildings belonging to the Russian Federation be disconnected from gas, water and electricity.”

  1. Every mafia embassy should get everything cut off? But, we are living in an age of cowardice.

  2. I bet they don’t pay for it anyway.

Cutting the filthy pigs off would be an excellent idea, trouble is they would just keep shitting in the corner like wild animals
