The situation in liberated Kherson

On November 11, the Ukrainian military entered Kherson , which was occupied in the first days of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. Before retreating from the city, the Russian occupiers blew up the TV center, boiler houses and the oblenergo facility.

On November 26, electricity was restored in Kherson. The next day,  electricity began to be supplied to residential buildings.

In the tenth month of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine , centralized water supply began to appear in the homes of Kherson residents .
