Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine, reported in a video address that he called the Commander-in-Chief’s meeting.

Quote: “Today I held another Commander-in-Chief meeting. Main issues discussed were the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Crimea, frontline territories and our state border.”
Details: The President stated that during the meeting the occupiers’ intentions were analysed. “We are preparing a countermeasure, a more powerful one than now”, – he emphasised.
The issues of supplying new military equipment and ammunition as well as providing soldiers with what they need were also discussed.

Sounds good to me!

Very good! Missiles, tanks, artillery, drones … all very important items. But, providing the personal materials that a soldier needs is maybe even more important, especially in sub-zero temperatures.
Putler’s fiends are also preparing an offensive in the south. The fact is that the nazi monster thinks he can win. He knows from that stupid EU woman that the Ukrainians have taken terrible losses. He knows that the pain Ukrainians feel is much stronger than that of orc families, who as a subhuman species, are concerned mainly about getting their Ladas.
He is completely unconcerned, like Stalin, about loosing another 100,000 over the winter. Orcs, being vermin, are easily replaceable. It doesn’t matter that they have no decent winter kit, have to fight with 50-60 year old tanks, artillery and rifles, there are so many of them that they can still cause incredible damage; especially of course to civilians: their tanks and artillery pound into people’s homes every day. And of course the rape and torture continues.
At this vital stage, Ukraine would want to be driving the fucks out, but they can’t because they lack the manpower, ammo and heavy artillery.
They need many more HIMARS (or equivalent) plus long range ballistic missiles.
Blinken says that countries like the Czechlands are tooling up to produce more Soviet-era ammo for the defenders, who still rely on old kit.
Of course this is essential, but essentially it’s a retrograde step, rather than a winner.
Zel and his team must be tearing their hair out with frustration at the recalcitrance of the allies.
