Deoccupation of Kherson

On November 26, electricity was restored in Kherson. The next day, electricity was gradually supplied to residential buildings.

Power outages in Kyiv and other cities

Since October 10, the Russians have been targeting Ukrainian critical infrastructure. After another missile attack, on November 17, Kyiv set an  anti-record  blackout.

Russia’s extreme mass attack caused a blackout in the Ukrainian power system. Enemy missiles hit both the TPP and the HPP and other critical infrastructure facilities. In a number of regions, electricity and water went out, and communication was disrupted due to power outages.

From November 24, Kyiv residents were warned that the lights would be turned  on for 2-3 hours once a day .

For several days in a row, Ukrainians have been warned about Russia’s preparations for a new massive strike. According to experts  at the Institute for the Study of War , Putin may increase the number of missiles and attacks on Ukraine to maintain the recent pace of strikes. The Russians need 7 to 14 days to prepare for a new attack of such power  , said the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Vadym Denysenko.
