Electricity will be returned to the residents of the city freed from the Russian occupiers in the coming days.
In Kherson, Ukrainian energy workers were able to restore power supply to the main sewage plant and treatment facilities.
Next, the light will gradually appear in residential areas of the city, said the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Yaroslav Yanushevich.
According to him, electricity will be returned to the residents of the city liberated from the Russian occupiers in the coming days.
“We continue to gradually connect Kherson to electricity. As of now, the following are connected: the main sewage pumping station; partially the Tavriyskyi microdistrict; partially the Northern microdistrict; partially the Zhytloselyshche microdistrict,” Yanushevich said later.
