At the same time, among its owners: the former vice-speaker of the council of the Russian Federation, the owner of the CSKA football club, the former vice-speaker of the State Duma of Russia and a representative of the criminals of the Russian Federation.

These persons, together with the defense concern of the Russian Federation, participate in the development and manufacture of military goods and finance this activity. Thus, they create a threat to the defense capability and economic security of Ukraine.

In addition to a share in the Ukrainian energy market, they own assets in the annexed Crimea and on the territory of the aggressor country.

Investigative actions took place under ten articles, in particular, encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.
