Ukraine’s Armed Forces destroy Russian base on Kinburn Spit

Operational Command Pivden (South) has reported that they have struck an area where Russian  manpower, weapons and equipment were concentrated on the Kinburn Spit.

Quote: “Seven tanks and two armoured vehicles were ‘demilitarised’, and the [Russian] base was destroyed. [‘Demilitarised’ is used to mock Russia who stated in February that ‘demilitarisation’ of Ukraine was one the main reasons for the invasion of Ukraine – ed.]”

Details: The military say that it was from there that the occupiers fired at harbour tugs and grain barges in the Dnipro-Buh Estuary.

Previously: The General Staff of the Armed Forces reported that Russia has lost 83,460 military personnel, 2,879 tanks, 5,808 armoured combat vehicles and 1,535 operational-tactical UAVs in the war against Ukraine.

  1. There had been a news blackout about this crucial strip of land for quite some days. Hopefully this very welcome news is the end of putinazi occupation of Kinburn and thus all Mykolaiv oblast.
Now allies: FFS make sure that Mykolaiv has the best air defence possible and the rebuilding process can commence.
As far as I am aware, Belgium, who gave absolutely fuck-all to help Ukraine militarily or humanitarian but claimed it would take responsibility for the rebuilding of Mykolaiv, can now start preparing for its task.
