There can be no compromise – too much blood has been spilt. The murders, rapes, torture, castration, defilement, cultural theft, child trafiking, and sheer horror of the Russian actions against both the Ukrainian military and worse, innocent civilains must be paid back somehow. Those calling for dialogue are misunderstanding both the evil intent and character of Russia and the resolve of Ukraine.
But Ukraine is still winning the fight despite the horror and mass against her. Slowly but surely the ukrainian forces are moving forward, often at considerable cost in lives and treasure. The release of Kherson is a turning point. The sadness is again finding torture chambers and dead bodies just as in Bucha and Izyum. My friend Marina who worked for the Kherson regional council and with who I was organising a youth leadership project disappeared in the early days. I fear for her life. The response of Russia to losing Kherson is to attack the civilian population across the whole country with missiles and kamikaze drones, trying to force surrender by destroying the basics of life. On the front line they throw untrained, ill equipped mobilised conscripts into battle. They are dying in large numbers. The Russian leadership simply fails to grasp that despite their losses Ukrainians are shrugging off the attacks with stubborness and humour.
The international and Ukrainian volunteer support of the military and humanitarian aid has been truly uplifting. Without it Ukraine may well have been destroyed in the early days. Noone should be in any doubt that every drop of aid is needed. Ukraine is fending off WW3 with her own blood. Be in no doubt that if she loses this fight, the missile that hit Poland will herald the start of the next round of evil and there will be no time for nice discussions in the G20. Russia hates the west for our economic success, vitality, freedom and humanity and she will not stop destruction until beaten.
Your help is still needed badly. Over and above the ammunition, weapons and equipment, the military still needs 4WD cars (they last at best 2 weeks at the front), ambulances, Individual First Aid Kits, drones of all kinds, night vision equipment, encrypted radios, winter clothing, generators and even simple AAA batteries. It all helps. The civilian population is also in huge need of basics, especially in those areas that were destroyed by Russia. Money is running out in most families as work remains scarce.
This is unlikely to be a short war, but you can all help no matter how small your contribution. In reality supporting Ukraine is supporting all of us who want a peaceful and civilised Europe. Please dont get tired. That just helps Russia.

My Ukrainian roots say that even death is better than slavery.
Help Ukraine now!
Reply from Slawomir Huczala:
We need to focus even more on helping Ukraine.
Today, these wonderful brave people defend access to the civilized world. We must support them in every way.
My company has been running the “Drones to the East” campaign since the beginning of the war. Anyone who has a drone that they can offer to the defenders of Ukraine can send it to us. Drones are retrofitted with the necessary equipment. They are modified, anonymized and prepared as needed. We have already sent over 160 drones together with (Spartaqs) manufactured. You can follow the whole action on our social media. How much these drones are needed can be seen in the thank you videos. Drones came to us from donors from all over Europe and even from Japan and China. Anyone with an unused drone of any type can help.
