AFU Pushing Out Occupiers In Svatove-Kreminna Direction

The shelling can be heard in all major towns along the front line

The Ukrainian defenders in Luhansk region are gradually pushing out the occupants in the direction of Svatove-Kreminna.

The head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Gaidai, was quoted by the regional military administration on Telegram as saying this on air of a TV marathon.

“In all major towns, local residents say they hear fighting continuing along the front lines,” Gaidai noted.

He also said that the occupiers are not abandoning their attempts to retake Bilohorivka. The Ukrainian military has stopped their another offensive.

In addition, the occupiers have not started the heating season in destroyed Severodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne, so people in high-rise residential buildings are heating with firewood.

“The occupiers say they will not repair anything: “your Ukrainians will come and let them fix everything”. In other words, they are morally ready that these settlements will be de-occupied,” Gaidai noted.

Sergei Gaidai on the de-occupation of the region – November 17, morning:

  • in the direction of Svatove – Kreminna, we are gradually pushing the enemy away: local residents are already hearing echoes from the front line;
  • the occupiers’ attempts to capture Bilogorivka do not stop – their next attempts were repulsed;
  • it is painful to see photos of the occupiers bringing firewood to high-rise buildings in Lysychansk – this city, like Severodonetsk and Rubizhny, is not ready for the heating season;
  • the Russians have long since stopped all repairs on the occupied territory – morally they are already ready to retreat.

  1. “The Russians have long since stopped all repairs on the occupied territory – morally they are already ready to retreat.”

    That’s very possible. They know that they will have to do like their comrades in Kyiv, Kharkov, Kherson and Snake Island; retreat.
