Germany handed Ukraine additional missiles for the IRIS-T air defense system

Over the past week, Germany has delivered additional anti-aircraft guided missiles for the IRIS-T SLM air defense system, MRAP-type armored vehicles, reconnaissance drones and anti-drone systems to Ukraine.

In particular, according to the report of the federal government dated November 9, Ukraine was transferred.

  • 30 Dingo armored vehicles with mine and ambush protection (MRAP);
  • anti-aircraft guided missiles for IRIS-T SLM;
  • 18 anti-drone sensors and “jammers”;
  • 18 reconnaissance drones;
  • 5 Oshkosh M1070 tractors with tank trawlers;
  • 3 trucks.

In addition, the transfer of additional IRIS-T SLM missiles, 42 engineering clearing machines, 8 mobile and protected demining systems (of which 4 are remotely controlled), as well as 5 mobile reconnaissance complexes (on cars) was announced
