And Ukraine has not signed any agreements with Russia, because it understands that it almost never adheres to its obligations. Therefore, we expect the reaction of the signatories,” – said Nikiforov.
Explosions in occupied Sevastopol: details

The Russian Defense Ministry said that at 4:20 am the ships of the Black Sea Fleet were attacked at their bases in Sevastopol. Russia blamed Ukraine for the explosions.
