By allowing “partial” mobilization, the leadership of the Russian Federation acknowledged that the situation was terrible for them, and the further the worse.

This was stated by a military expert, former commander of the US Army on the European continent, Lieutenant General Ben Hodges on the air of the Espresso TV channel.

“Putin was forced to agree to the mobilization and admit that he cannot control everything. This is important, and it is because of this that the confrontation in the Kremlin began. It was clear from the very beginning that the Russians did not support the mobilization. Half a million Russians liable for military service left the country in order to not be mobilized, they don’t want to fight for the Russian army or against Ukraine,” Hodges explained.

According to him, everyone has seen the video, which demonstrates the terrible conditions of the stay of Russian mobilized and their provision.

“This whole system is the result of years of corruption and incompetence. But it happened and it’s a crime that untrained soldiers will be sent to war. Putin simply disposes of their lives, throws their bodies into the battlefield in order to continue the war. He doesn’t care how many people can die, but this is his method of continuing the war,” the expert added.

Mobilization in Russia 2022

On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that a  partial mobilization of the military would start in the country from the same day .

Only those soldiers who were in reserve were to be mobilized. In addition, the mobilized had to undergo training. Later, more than once it was reported that not only people with military experience received summonses. There is also evidence that people without training were almost immediately sent to the war with Ukraine.

The head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Sergei Shoigu, said that  about 300,000 Russians were to be mobilized . However, according to Russian media, the number of mobilized in Russia may exceed 1 million people.

Later it was reported that in the Russian Federation there are serious problems with the provision of mobilized, in particular, there is not enough winter uniform.

As it became known, on October 14, “partial” mobilization in Russia should be completed in the near future. 222 thousand men were called to the occupying army of the aggressor state .

The other day, British intelligence said that all the mobilized Russians do not have enough bulletproof vests .
