This opinion was expressed by the military-political observer of the Information Resistance group Alexander Kovalenko.
“The entrance to the Crimean bridge is carefully controlled. Stationary inspection and inspection radio-technical complexes ST-6035 of the departmental security department of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation are located there, which check cars for the presence of explosives. It is already more than obvious that we saw a truck explode, not a rocket.” , the expert noted.

Haha just what I thought. russian incompetence rears it’s ugly head. Will russia blame Ukraine did it, therefore showing their security is abysmal, or blame the truck driver for smoking?
