The Russians were asked if they would like to repeat it.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine appealed to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation against the background of the operation in  Liman ,  Donetsk region.

An appeal to the Russians was published on the Twitter microblog .

“We thank the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for the successful cooperation in organizing Izyum 2.0. Almost all Russian troops sent to Liman were redeployed either in body bags or into Ukrainian captivity. Just one question: would you like to repeat it?” – the message says.

Recall that earlier the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security reported that the  Ukrainian army began the liberation of the Luhansk region.

On September 29, expert Ivan Kirichevskiy revealed that the Ukrainian defenders  were in control of the retreat routes around Liman .

The next day, the military reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had entered Yampol,  Donetsk region.

Today, the speaker of the Eastern Group of Forces, Sergei Cherevaty, said that our fighters entered the Liman , but in the city itself there are still battles with enemy troops.

According to him, this battle will help to continue the successful operation in the Kharkiv direction, as well as to capture the area, which opens the gate for the liberation of Donbass.

In an evening video message, President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that the  Ukrainian flag was already in Liman .
