The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation says that mobilization in the Russian Federation will affect 1.1% of the total mobilization resource.
On Wednesday, September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in his address. The data on mobilization measures in the aggressor country were clarified by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
He stated that 300,000 reservists would be called up during partial mobilization.
According to Shoigu, partial mobilization provides for the recruitment of only those who have served and have a military specialty. He added that mobilization in the Russian Federation will affect 1.1% of the total mobilization resource.
Also, the Russian Defense Ministry assures that those who are already serving on conscription will not be sent to war in Ukraine. And they add that students are not subject to conscription within the framework of partial mobilization.
As Putin said in his address, partial mobilization is announced in the Russian Federation from September 21, 2021 . According to him, only those citizens who are in the reserve and, above all, those who served in the ranks of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, have certain military specialties and relevant experience, will be subject to military service.
Perhaps my math isn’t perfect but it looks like he has already sent 200,000 and now another 300,000 and mobilizing 1.5 million more…..just how many troops does he need for his little “Special Military Operation”? I hope they pack their pockets with sunflower seeds.
Seeing the poor quality of the orcs already in Ukraine and their ancient equipment. I can’t wait to see what the next batch of orcs looks like.

Good question boss, all I know is he wants to make sure this war keeps the populace distracted until the midterms are over. I guess we could ask the interns at the White House since they’re in charge of policy…
