Law enforcement officials are now “working through” this place.
In the de-occupied Balakleya , in one of the basements, a dungeon and detention cells arranged by the Russians were found.
This was announced on Facebook by a deputy from the Servant of the People, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Maryana Bezuglaya.
She also released her own photos from the place.
“Balakleya. Dungeon. Basement. Training manuals about ‘Ukronazism’ are pasted on the walls, next to it is a chair with a hammer, scotch tape and used gloves. On the contrary, there are detention cells. In another room, there are ties and traces of blood,” she wrote.
