Today the EU and US woke up to interesting news from the battlefield – Ukraine proclaimed that it had started its neutralization and deoccupation fight in the Kherson region.
But don’t be fooled by flashy titles – the battle had begun long before it was announced and many Ukrainians have died fighting for Ukraine’s sovereignty. Many more will probably die in the due course.
So, at the end what matters to every Ukrainian is at what cost we’re going to deoccupy Kherson and other regions.
I’ve been in touch with many army men, and they say that we need tanks and more artillery, and especially the Anti-missle and anti-aircraft systems.
That said, I urge you to share this post with your senator or governor and ask him to keep providing necessary weapons to Ukraine.
Not only it helps to save the lives of civilians and army men here, but also makes us and the whole 🌎 closer to a normal life. Peace will come once russia is defeated.

Hard to find a decent German, but maybe this is one :
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Annalena Baerbock, said in an interview with the newspaper Bild am Sonntag that, if necessary, her country is ready to support Ukraine in repelling the Russian invasion for years to come. According to #Baerbock, this includes support through heavy weapon supplies.
“Of course, I would like the war to end as soon as possible, but, unfortunately, we have to assume that Ukraine may need more heavy weapons from their friends next summer,” she said.
Ukraine also protects our freedom, our peaceful order. And we will support them financially and militarily for as long as it is necessary. Period,” the head of the #German Foreign Ministry emphasized.
