The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine and WPP, the world’s leading marketing communications group, have launched the “Advantage Ukraine” project to attract investments to the Ukrainian economy, with the first results expected already in September.

Ukraine is a powerful nation with a steadfast, intelligent and dignified population. It’s currently still a robust business partner, despite the war. But, once its corruption is reduced to be on par with the West, it will be an exceptionally competent business partner.
I think its corruption is already on a level par with most European countries. In many cases higher. I strongly doubt that eg France, Italy Greece etc are any better. The EU itself is as bent as fuck. It has not allowed professionals from The Big Four auditing firms for at least ten years. Instead it “self-audits.”
The whole thing stinks.
You might be right. I wouldn’t be surprised by any of that.
