The Ukrainian military deprived the Russians of the opportunity to transfer equipment.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine today hit the fourth and last bridge in the Kherson region, which the enemy used to transfer equipment to the right bank.
This was reported on Facebook by the deputy of the Kherson Regional Council Serhiy Khlan.
“Today, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the last fourth bridge connecting the Right and Left Banks. That is, the Russians no longer have any opportunity to fully transfer their equipment,” he said.
According to him, the occupiers will try to repair bridges and look for an alternative in crossings, but it will take a long time. In addition, the enemy is afraid and is preparing for a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian troops – wooden anti-tank “hedgehogs” have been trained in Kherson.
“They increased pressure on the townspeople – they conducted searches at night and detained people. Through the shelling of settlements, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Fires continue in the region,” Khlan added.
As UNIAN reported, on the night of August 8, the Ukrainian military “worked out fire control”, there are results and hits , in particular, on the Antonovsky and Kakhovka bridges.

Russia is reportedly sent another 25k troops to the west bank. Now they are stuck there. I don’t think Ukraine is going to counterattack there. I think Ukraine is going to turn Kherson into the largest gulag in history.
