Former adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Viktor Andrusiv, hinted that powerful explosions in Crimea at a military airfield on Tuesday, August 9, occurred as a result of the fire impact of the Ukrainian side.

Ukraine has received missiles with a range of 200-300 km and is using them, the former adviser wrote on Telegram.

The Russian Defense Ministry claims that an ammunition depot was not shelled at the Crimean airfield, the RIA Novosti propaganda agency reports . According to him, ammunition simply exploded at a military facility.

“According to the report from the site, there was no fire impact on the bunded ammunition storage area at the airfield,” the department stressed.

Earlier it was reported that in Novofedorivka, Crimea, there were explosions in the area of a military airfield near the city of Saki, ammunition depots and the runway were on fire. People began to leave Novofedorovka in a panic, traffic jams formed at the exit.

Explosions in Crimea today occurred at the air base of the Russian invaders, from which enemy planes flew to bomb the Zaporozhye, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions during a full-scale war launched by the Russian Federation against Ukraine early in the morning on February 24 .

    • According to info I have, Ukraine is still worried about using US weapons in “Russian territory” so Ukrainians used either the Neptunes or more likely sorties to carry out these attacks. I agree with your sentiment though!

  1. “According to him, ammunition simply exploded at a military facility.”

Of course it did, with a little help from Ukraine.

  2. “According to him, ammunition simply exploded at a military facility.”

Certainly. Things tend to simply explode … especially in a war.
No need to lie, everyone in Ukraine AND Crimea already knows the truth!
