The propagandists spoke about the “hero” Konstantin Tulinov.

On Russian television, they talked about the “heroic” death of prisoner Konstantin Tulinov in the Donbass. Thus, in the Russian Federation, they actually admitted that they were throwing criminals against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Propagandist Nikita Mikhalkov spoke about this in his Besogon TV program.
“In February 2023, he could have been released. But in the spring of 2022, he filed a petition with a request to send him to the front, to the Donbass. This petition was granted,” Mikhalkov said.
In addition, the story contains a commentary by Tulinov, allegedly a “fellow soldier”, who claimed that the prisoner’s “legs were broken.” According to him, Tulinov allegedly covered the retreat and blew himself up along with three Ukrainian soldiers when the rest decided to retreat to cover. It happened on July 14th.
“The state answered him with gratitude for his feat. Posthumously, he was pardoned and was equated with combatants with all the ensuing benefits and payments that are due to the families of the victims,” the propagandist claims.
According to Russian media, this could be Konstantin Tulinov, who in 2019 became famous for participating in the beating and torturing of prisoners in the Kresty pre-trial detention center.
He was among the first prisoners of IK-7 “Yablonevka”, who were recruited by PMC “Wagner”. According to the relatives of the convicts, the first group was taken out on the night of July 6, presumably on July 9-10 they arrived in Rostov-on-Don, where they were supposed to train for two weeks and then go to war.

“…they were supposed to train for two weeks and then go to war.”
2 weeks?! How can a rapist-thief learn war techniques in 2 weeks?
“Thus, in the Russian Federation, they actually admitted that they were throwing criminals against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
They’ve been throwing criminals against Ukraine from the start. With this filthy gang of heavily armed crooks that some call an army, it’s easier to identify those who are ethical than criminal. We must assume that the biggest majority of the regular ruskie “soldiers” who’ve been sent to Ukraine are criminal in one way or another.
