‼️ Putin is trying to negotiate, but on his own terms – an expert

The director of military programs at the Razumkov Center, Mykola Sungurovsky, is confident that the Russian invaders will intensify hostilities in Donbas in order to put pressure on the Ukrainian authorities and Ukrainians in order to force them to negotiate. Tensions may escalate over several weeks. However, Ukrainian soldiers can “nullify” Putin’s plans for the Donbass.

“Putin is allegedly telling Ukraine: if you don’t negotiate now, then it will get even worse. We will bite off even more territory, kill even more of your people. He is trying to create not only external, but also internal pressure on the Ukrainian authorities… Everything they see this very well. Therefore, I hope that his attempts will be nullified … On our part, there is both desire, and readiness, and morale. We only need military-technical assistance in the volumes and at the pace that are necessary to create military parity on the contact line,” Sungurovsky said.
