After repairs, the checkpoint “Krakivets” was opened for cars

On the western border of Ukraine, the movement of passenger cars through the checkpoint “Krakivets” on the way to Poland has been restored.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in  Telegram , the National Industrial Portal reports   with reference to Ukrinform .

“From 08:00 a.m. today, the traffic of passenger cars to Poland has been resumed through the Krakivets checkpoint in the Lviv region,” the message reads.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that 6 pavilions of border and customs control have been installed at the checkpoint for crossing the border by passenger cars, and a covering has been arranged for the comfortable crossing of the border by citizens.

At the same time, it is emphasized that the arrangement of the terminal for the passage of passenger buses is still ongoing.

“The resumption of bus traffic to Poland will be notified additionally,” the department added.
