On the morning of July 23, Russian troops attacked Odessa with four missiles.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed Russia’s strike on Odessa , quoting the Ukrainian president about “flagrant Russian barbarism.”
This is stated in her Telegram.
According to her, the attack on the city near the port, where grain was stored for export, was delivered by a “high-precision” missile.
At the same time, Zakharova claims that the purpose of the series of strikes was allegedly a boat, and not warehouses with grain.
“Vladimir Zelensky called the shelling of the port of Odessa “flagrant Russian barbarism.” The Kalibr missiles destroyed the military infrastructure of the Odessa port, sending a Ukrainian military boat to the address beloved by the Kyiv regime with a precision strike,” Zakharova wrote.
