The World Congress of Ukrainians attracted the most prominent generals in the world to help the defenders of Ukraine

The Strategic Advisory Council has set a goal of providing 100,000 members of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Force with priority protective equipment such as helmets, body armor, ballistic goggles and medical kits, which was announced at a press conference with the generals.

The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) has unveiled four of the world’s most prominent military leaders who have formed a Strategic Advisory Council (SAC) and will provide support and advice to the UWC as part of the “Unite With Ukraine” campaign. The team with unparalleled experience in warfare and strategic planning included:

  • Retired General Rick Hillier, former Chief of Defense Staff of Canada, head of the Strategic Advisory Council;
  • Ret. Gen. Wesley Clark, former Supreme Commander of NATO Allied Forces Europe;
  • Retired General David Petraeus, former commander of US Central Command and US and NATO forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, former director of the CIA;
  • Retired General Dick Lodewijk Berlijn, former Chief of the General Staff of the Netherlands.

The Strategic Advisory Council has set a goal of providing 100,000 members of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Force with priority protective equipment such as helmets, body armor, ballistic goggles and medical kits, which was announced at a press conference with the generals.

The chairman of the council, General Hillier, was in Ukraine in June, where he met with Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, senior military advisers and high-ranking officers, and frontline defenders.play video

The WCU raises funds around the world for the purchase of equipment, and the strategic advisory board will provide the highest expertise for advice, purchases and delivery to the front lines of the most necessary non-lethal equipment or equipment at this time of war.

  1. That is a very cool initiative. Thank you so much!
    However … yes, there almost always is a “however” … the free world should on its own initiative donate all that is needed to Ukraine. It’s a sad state of affairs on this planet when an innocent country gets thrashed so badly by such an evil entity as mafia land and must rely for a large part of its needs on begging and donations from private persons and organizations.
