The units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, using kamikaze drones, hit a car with anti-aircraft guns and a BM-21 Grad.

Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the positions of Russian troops near the  Zaporozhye nuclear power plant .

This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense.

“Ukrainian military men have worked out the positions of the Russian occupiers near the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. Using a kamikaze drone, they hit the tent camp and enemy equipment, in particular, cars with anti-aircraft guns and BM-21 Grad. According to reports, as a result of the attack 3 rashists were destroyed, 12 were injured,” the report says.play video

The GUR stressed that the tent city was destroyed by a fire that could not be extinguished for a long time.

As UNIAN reported, since March 4, the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant has been controlled by Russian invaders. Also under occupation is the satellite town of ZNPP – Energodar.

According to Energoatom, the Russian occupiers are turning the Zaporozhye NPP into a military base and using it as a shield. They deployed heavy artillery batteries and planted anti-personnel mines along the banks of the reservoir, whose water cools six nuclear power plant reactors.

On July 21, Energoatom reported that the occupiers placed military equipment and weapons also in the engine room of the power unit of the Zaporozhye NPP.

Recall that a little earlier, the expert  described the future liberation of the Zaporizhzhya NPP from the invaders .
