Russian Ambassador to North Korea Alexander Matsegora said that workers from the totalitarian North Korea could be sent to the so-called “LPR” and “DPR”. They want to involve North Koreans in the restoration of Donbass.

Quoted by Matsegora  The Guardian.

“Highly skilled and hardworking Korean builders, who are able to work in the most difficult conditions, can help us restore our social, infrastructure and industrial facilities,” the Russian ambassador to North Korea emphasized.

Matsegora expects that the inhabitants of the DPRK will come to repair the infrastructure in the territories of Ukraine, which are temporarily captured by Russian invaders.

Earlier, North Korea recognized the legitimacy of the L/DPR terrorist groups. Ukraine then severed diplomatic relations with the DPRK.

Recall that on June 30, Ukraine severed diplomatic relations with Syria due to the recognition of the “independence” of the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass.

  1. “Highly skilled and hardworking Korean builders, who are able to work in the most difficult conditions, can help us restore our social, infrastructure and industrial facilities,”

As a typical ruskie statement, it contains several lies. A nighttime satellite image of North Korea shows the reader that the North Koreans are neither skilled nor hardworking and the territory is stolen from Ukraine, which will be retaken soon.
As I always say; reading anything that a ruskie says is a complete waste of time. I wasted time reading this instead of watching my paint dry.
