The adopted decision does not contradict international law.

The population that illegally resettled in Crimea during the Russian occupation will have to leave after the liberation of the peninsula.
Tamila Tasheva, permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea , stated this in an interview with Ukrinform .
“Everything is simple, and it does not contradict international law. The population that arrived illegally on the territory of the peninsula must leave the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,” she stressed.play video
According to Tasheva, we are not talking about forced eviction. This will be the voluntary departure of people from the territory into which they illegally entered.
Later, they can submit a formal application to the Ukrainian authorities, apply for a residence permit and state the reasons why Ukraine should provide them with such an opportunity.
Recall that earlier Zelensky allowed the return of Crimea by military means when the time comes.

It would be wiser for Ukraine to evict each and every ruskie from Crimea. Illegal entry is illegal entry. Period. Of course, those that committed crimes should be treated accordingly.
