President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called the rocket strike of the occupying forces on Vinnitsa a daring act of Russian terror.

Zelensky said this in an address to the participants of the conference in The Hague on Russia’s responsibility for crimes in Ukraine.

He recalled that this morning the Russian military launched rockets at Vinnitsa.

“An ordinary peaceful city. Cruise missiles hit two public buildings, houses were destroyed, a medical center was on fire. Cars and trams were on fire.

Recall that on the morning of July 14, the Russian military launched rockets in the center of Vinnitsa, they hit the building with office space. A fire broke out at the place of arrivals, the fire spread to the parking lot.

As of 16:30 , it was known that 21 people had died (including three children), and about 115 victims sought help from medical institutions, of which 52 were hospitalized (34 were in serious condition).

46 people are considered missing.

According to the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russians hit the center of Vinnitsa with Caliber cruise missiles , launching them from a submarine in the Black Sea.

  1. I think this might have been translated incorrectly. I’m sure that “daring act of Russian terror” was not what he wanted to say. A better translation would of course be “brazen act of terror” and I’m sure that’s what he meant.
The putinazis have again murdered little children. The revenge may not be swift, but it must come. I hope it will be unimaginably painful for the putinazi vermin.
