The Russian authorities are working on the possibility of transferring contributions to the budget of the United Nations and the institutions of the UN system in rubles.
This was stated by the director of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Petro Illichov, Russian Interfax reports .
“The transition to remittance of contributions in rubles is being worked out and largely depends on the readiness and ability of our partners in the UN to accept payments in Russian currency,” said a Russian official.
At the same time, he assured that Russia pays all contributions to the budgets of the UN system in full “and, if possible, on time.”

I guess this is a good way to kick them out too, just kick them out for not following rules and not paying their dues. At this point I think we’d take either way to get them off their vetoes.
